Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for students based on their unique needs and strengths.

• Engage in regular one-on-one virtual counseling sessions, offering evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to enhance emotional and psychological well-being.

• Utilize our proprietary library of therapy tools and resources, including digital exercises, video content, and more to support your clients’ progress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, encouraging peer support and community among students.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records with minimal administrative burden, allowing you to focus more on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young individuals, particularly school-aged clients, who are facing emotional and behavioral challenges. You will work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress management, supporting students in navigating their mental health experiences effectively. All clients are screened for stability and low acuity, ensuring that your workload is manageable and focused.

Qualifications\n

• Completed a Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possess a valid and fully licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) credential within the state of California.
\n
• No recent or pending disciplinary actions against your professional license.
\n
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster professional relationships with clients, families, and administrative personnel.

• Previous experience managing your own caseload independently.
\n
• Exhibit creativity and flexibility in working from home while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in educational environments or with school-aged populations is highly valued.

• Certifications in additional therapeutic approaches or dual/multi-state licensure are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package includes an attractive yearly salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 for full-time employees, accompanied by comprehensive healthcare benefits.
